Fred Arbanas Golf Course at Longview Lake

Located in Longview Lake Park, Fred Arbanas Golf Course at Longview Lake is a public golf course with 27 holes. The course features an 18-hole championship course and a nine-hole par 3 executive course, both of which offer beautiful panoramic views of the lake. It also offers a driving range, putting green, and complete clubhouse facilities. The course is suitable for all skill levels and has PGA golf professionals on staff to teach lessons.

Designed by Brad Benz and Mike Poellot, the course opened in 1986 and has fairways of zoysia grass and greens of bermuda grass. It is a challenging course, even for the experienced players. There are also some water hazards and bunkers on the course.

The third hole is a short par-4 that is a great place to score a birdie.

The 16th hole is another big challenge at 488 yards. It has a very narrow fairway and is lined with trees on both sides. Any balls that miss the fairway will be lost in the pond that covers most of the green’s surface. The green is long, narrow and slopes hard from back to front.
